As you all know I've been breeding labs for a long time now. Its the first Biobreeds animal i started on.

Here's the question, I've been sitting on a maximum of 6 traits for a while now and I just wonder if those of you that have breed other dogs beyond that can share your wisdom.

I'm at the stage where I can comfortably pull through triple shades, the problem I find is when doing so I always get a starter coat and most of them never exceed 5 traits.

I would like to know if those of you that have bred from scratch have found it easier to ignore the shades and apply them to the line at the end or if you just soldiered on and managed to increase the traits whilst pulling through the triple shades?

Thanks :)
