I would like to see Alpacas added to farm animals.  I don't think anyone else has done them yet and they are ridiculously cute.  They come in a multitude of colors and I think biobreeds would do them justice.  They do not baa or neigh or make any noises other than a gentle humming sound, almost as if they are singing.  They are about the size of the ponies which would be another large animal welcome addition.
