First of all I of course can only speak for myself and that's why I wanted to start a discussion about the following things.
I also hope that this posting/discussion will not be deleted for some reason. Okay...since weeks now I notice a massive fall in prices for BB animals. I am not talking about dropping prices from 400/500 L$ to 300L$, its more about dropping prices from 500L$ down to 70/80 or 100L$ for animals no matter how many traits. The reason for such awful price drops are the so-called 'Mass Breeders' with hundreds of breeding couples. Instead of just heavening the unwanted animals with less traits they try to sell those low traited animals for something around 50 - 100L$ just to get at least a couple Lindens out of them. Only thing is they just think about themselves and not about others cause such low priced animals are ruining the prices for the rest of the market of BB animals. They just flooding the market with their unwanted low traited animals. Its like the Gold Market in RL...the more Gold is in the more the prices are going down. But at the same time you have some specialists with such high flying prices that its almost funny just to consider such prices at all as reasonable. I talk about the late sale technique to advertise low traited animals as so-called 'Offsprings from really rare traited parents'. Lets be honest, the breeding is most the time just gambling...95% you never know what will be born. I mean of course it is legit to get an advantage over your opponents but with such 'Offspring advertising'...I dont know. Speaking of advertising...for me some people really think they are something special or have more rights then all others. I am talking about the advertising behavior of some specialists who are advertising their OWN places all over the groups they are in just to have an additional way to advertise their places even when its definitely not allowed. It really doesnt matter either over group chat or group notices...they are trying and DOING it everywhere. Also a good example that such specialist only think about themselves because the honest ones who are trying to act only inside the allowed limits are actually the stupid ones. Now I would like to say something about what one could do to help the market to get better so that everyone can enjoy the BB animals and not only a handful. For me there are actually a lot of things one could do: - changing from 'Bundle Birth' to 'Live Birth' that would drastically reduce the amount of existing animals in the market and would also result in rising prices and less 'Mass Breeders' with hundreds or even thousands of bundles. - installing a 'Shift System' for Customer Relation Agents so that one always knows there is always some one there to help - creating classes/seminars for breeding/maintaining BB animals to get people involved and to know more about the animals at all For now that should do it and I am really wondering how many will respond? Hihi Earl! There is a Mod shift system - it's 2 hour shifts, and I do believe all shifts are covered. As for the rest, I'm interested to see the responses. :)

Well My response is this from a BioBreeds point of view. We cannot control the secondary market. If you have been in breedables for as long as myself and a few others you will see that the market tends to fluctuate no matter what people are selling for. It is not for us to decide what they can sell their items for....Case in point - Black Friday. So as the market does go up and down and mass breeders do what they do it is your right to sell as you wish as you pay for food. However, we as BioBreeds cannot force anyone to sell the animals they have worked on for any price. That is soley up to the customer.
There are CSR's and Mods available for anyone to contact. If they are not on their shift then another will reply. We will not be changing it to live births. As that is not fair to those that cannot afford to feed them that are smaller breeders. As for classes through Bio we have done that and the response was lacking in those that showed for them. :) WE know breeding is not easy and you feed and work hard for your animals but the only ones that can determine price on your births is you. |

I agree... i came into this thinking i could breed some and sell as well as enjoy my personal animals...its not that way... the market is losing as people sell there animals for 50L... i have done other breddables and is the same way...after the breeding and food you really lose selling for so low i dont think people see that...yes i have given in the to the 100L sale...i would love to see classes so i could learn the mechanics and pricing....i think thats what might help the market or not...just my 2 cents
